Vector 2013

Sorta late with this. spent the last few days at a friends house and forgot to bring my tablet

This is Sorta what Cobalt originally looked like before i came up with Red, and the new Cobalt redesign i liked, so i kinda forgot about this guy. They looked like 2 different characters, but still the same as well. So why not make him a character on his own instead of a forgotten Concept design?

There is not much data known about Vector, but his blueprints and specifications closely match that of cobalts. Like cobalts VeeCore penta-engine, consisting of the 5 orange V's located Cobalts body, Vector uses A VeecCore Tri-engine. The third V not visible in this picture is on his back. Vector Has no mission other than to track down and destroy Cobalt, for some odd reason. He can absorb energy through his left hand and project Giant orange arrows to attack or defend with, similar to Red's energy stars.
Fights with Cobalt in the past have constantly lead to draws, as they can not seem to overpower one another.
